I imagine return complaints of these eggs to Jay's International Market that would have gone something like "Ummm...Excuse me. I would like to return this. Not regular egg! Having baby inside!"

ooooh i sort of know what this is... this is something from like Philippino cooking or something where they use a pickled fetal duck or something totally nasty sounding. That's why they don't want you mistaking it for an unfertilized egg. Still, broken translations are always hilarious no matter where they are.
